Five communities are helping the Säjai® Foundation and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) test the content and implementation of the Wise Kids® program. Participating communities include:
St. Paul Parks and Recreation St. Paul, Minn.
Tampa Parks and Recreation Tampa, Fla.
East Hartford Parks and Recreation East Hartford, Conn.
Joliet Park District Joliet, Ill.
Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board Minneapolis, Minn.
Each of these cities has adopted the curriculum for one or more of its after-school or summer camp programs. More than 400 children have participated and are learning to make wise nutrition and activity choices.

Wise Kids® Outdoors Beta Site Overview
Four communities are helping the Säjai® Foundation and the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) test the content and implementation of the Säjai Wise Kids® Outdoors program. Participating communities include:
St. Paul Parks and Recreation St. Paul, Minn.
Leesburg Parks and Recreation Leesburg, Va.
San Francisco Recreation and Parks San Francisco, Calif.
City of Kettering Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department Kettering, Ohio
Each of these cities will be implementing the Wise Kids Outdoors program this summer in one or more of its summer camp programs. An estimated 300 children will participate and have fun re-engaging with nature while learning to make wise nutrition and activity choices.
